Despite it being primarily their dogs, or that they are the ones primarily going in that area for smoke breaks or snacks they claim counselors should help pick it up. Lack of care is very apparent by front desk and management. Raised prices but did not increase quality of service, in fact, several customers have complained to me about lack of quality from previous years.įront desk is constantly littered with dogs, urine, and feces. Maybe if less time was spent socializing at front desk or going on multiple smoke breaks there wouldn’t be a steady decline in customer satisfaction. I was told they were extremely understaffed, but I'm getting way less than part time hours a week while my newer coworkers are given extreme hours breaching almost 40-45 weekly without even asking for them. Nothing is done when people complain about coworkers talking rudely behind other coworkers backs and don't even think of calling out if you want to keep the same amount of hours that you started with! Plus, I was told and it was advertised on Indeed as the starting rate being $12.56 an hour, but people who were hired after me are getting paid $13.00 to $13.50 an hour, and it's also being said that the starting rate is $13.00 an hour now on Indeed. The management expects you to know EVERYTHING with barely any knowledge or training, and if you don't, you will be put aside so someone else can do it. I quickly learned that if you mess up even once, you will get talked about and held at a different standard. Started working here thinking it'd be awesome because I love animals so much and working with dogs sounded amazing.
